F2F/Plugfest, 24-26 May 2011
This page contains information about the F2F/plugfest scheduled for 24-26 May 2011 in Redmond, Washington.
A call-in session is scheduled for 9:00-10:30 PDT (the usual TC meeting time) on Thursday, 26 May, to allow remote participation. Major decisions will be deferred to this session although the related discussions may be conducted earlier. Discussions that are known to have remote participation will also be scheduled for call-in. Currently we have Retention Policy Discussion scheduled for 10:00-11:00 PDT on Tuesday, 24 May, and Browser Binding Discussion scheduled for 9:00-11:00 PDT on Wednesday, 25 May. The usual call-in number and sign-in procedure will be used http://wiki.oasis-open.org/cmis/MeetingInfo, except that each call-in session will start promptly on the hour. A Live Meeting connection is recommended but not required.
The three-day meeting is considered a single TC Meeting. Either attending the meeting in person or calling in during one of the call-in sessions will meet OASIS's attendance requirement set forth in the TC Process.
