- Save the CHM file to your local system.
Right-click the CHM file, and then click Properties.
Click Unblock, and then click OK. The contents now are displayed when the file is opened.

Items for reviewers to consider
While you are reviewing, consider the following points:
- Can you answer any of the draft comments posed by the contributors to the spec?
- Is the "referencing element" and "referenced element" terminology properly used?
- Has the new terminology, which makes a distinction between cascading and inheriting, been properly implemented?
- To quote from the draft spec: "When attributes or metadata elements cascade, they apply to the elements that are descendants of the element where the attributes or metadata were specified. Cascading applies to a containment hierarchy, as opposed to a element-type hierarchy."
Example: The value of the @linking attribute set on a <topicref> element cascades to its children elements.
Example: The <step> element inherits properties from the <li> element.
- Is the conformance terminology correctly used?
- Does the terminology used throughout the spec reflect the terminology delineated in the Terminology topic?
