Errors Found In the SKSML 1.0 Specification.

Error 1: Section 3.8 PermittedDates should not be closed with "/>" since it has children.

Error 2: Section 3.13 The text says "The format of the SymkeyResponse is as follows." Correction: It should be SymkeyRequest

Also, the ending element should be </SymkeyRequest>

Error 3: Section 3.17

q61: should be an ending element.
