• If we are using OASIS facilities to host, are there constraints w.r.t. external references?

Vendors currently search for and find outdated versions of standards documentation and assume it is current. Discuss the need for a Draft watermark, disclaimer, and/or other notations in Draft OASIS / EDXL specifications and associated schemas to more clearly identify them as works in progress. It would be removed after the documentation completes all required reviews and is formally released.
